We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days (UK mainland)
- Next Day Delivery: Order by 12pm for next working day delivery (excluding weekends)
- Click & Collect: Free collection from our farm shops

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently deliver to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in “My Account.”
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before dispatch.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Log in to your account and request a return
- Pack the items securely
- Send them back using your preferred carrier
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
