Try grilling until deep brown and crumbling over a chicken Caesar salad. Or make the ultimate BLT sandwich with fresh lettuce, slices of ripe tomato and lashings of rich mayonnaise.
For perfect bacon, place under a hot grill for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp on both sides. Alternatively, shallow fry: heat a little in a little oil in a pan and fry bacon for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally until sizzling.
