Pan fry: (STEAK) Heat a little oil in a pan until searing hot. Add the steak and seal on a high heat on each side until golden brown. Reduce to a medium heat and cook for 5-10 minutes, until juices run clear. Rest for 2-3 minutes.

Grill: (STEAK) Preheat grill to a medium heat. Brush with oil, place under the grill and cook for 5-10 minutes, umtil juices run clear. Rest for 2-3 minutes.

Shelf Life This is a fresh product, minimum shelf life of 2 days.  Storage Advice Keep refrigerated. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not freeze once defrosted. Packaging The label and tray are 100% recyclable.
